This is a work in process… so here goes so far.
Place 5-8 large fresh mint leaves in a large rocks glass
Muddle with a couple of splashes of cherry liqueur
Add crushed ice
3 oz Bourbon – I used Corner Creek Reserve – will continue to experiment
1 oz Cointreau
a splash of sweet vermouth
Sip and enjoy… still a little burny for my tastes… will keep working on this one.
